I’m sorry but if you are going to take things out of context without having read the journal yourself, your opinion does not matter. I don’t care if you hate him and you are allowed to but don’t be an asshole and don’t add hate to posts. 

If you start with that argument that John ‘could have given them a normal life’ I will kindly tell you ding dong you are wrong, because no, since Mary died John had to keep running away because demons and hunters were after them (Lilith and Azazel)

He DID want to give them a normal life and he mentions several times that he really wished he could. 

but he tried and you know what? He wasn’t the abusive drunken asshole people think he was, he DID love his boys. Yes he was a horrible father for raising the boys in the hunter life, but he did it to protect them because he wanted them to live, they were all he had left.

and you know what pains me the most? He promised to himself that he’d give up his life to protect his sons, and that’s what he did but people don’t even care about his sacrifice. He deserves much than what he gets. Like I said, you are allowed to hate him, and you are entitled to your own opinion just don’t spread the hate, keep it to yourself.
