A ghost of a smile forms on Castiel’s lips as he stares in the distance at Lord Winchester’s silhouette approaching, “I was going to agree the first time,” he says, “but I needed to test him. He could have chosen Anna or Hester or even Anael, but he chose me.”
“I think,” Gabriel speaks in a serious tone, “You stole his heart at the battle in the Whispering Woods.”
